Green salad Lettuce,cucumber dressed with 1000 island.

Fry fish Fish recipe Fish spice Aromat Flour Bread crumb Lecol (lemon juice) Eggs Oil Parsely Milk Method Season your fish with fish spice abd sprinkle with lecol juice then put aside, mix bread crumbs,parsely and flour and pour bit of aromat for taste then set aside. In a separate bowl beat eggs adding milk mix well theb deep your fish in the eggs batter and put them in your flour mix, fry them in your hot oil for +/- 10 minutes.

Savoury rice recipe Spice for rice Rice Bacon bits Robot peppers Mixed herbs Crushed garlic Steak and chops spice Method Cook your rice with spice for rice then drain it when it is cooked and set it aside, ina separate pan fry your bacon until it is cooked, when it is cooked remove from pan, on a heat same pan, fry our robot peppers put in garlic, little bit of steak and chops spice and mixed herbs then fry it for 5minutes then mix it with your rice together with bacon..Garnish with dried parsely. Potato wedge recipe Cut your potato into wedges then fry them with oil,arrange them in single layer in roasting pan bake for 20 minutes then sprinkle with salt and pepper and parsely.bake them until golden brown. Grilled chicken recipe Prego sauce Peri peri hot sauce Chillie flakes Steak and chops spice All purpose marinade Rosemary Method Mix all these ingredients and put them on your chicken, let it sit for 2hours then grill in your highest oven heat for 30minutes.
