Cream samp,beef and green salad

 Let me share with you cream samp and beef stew and green salad. 

Beef stew 

 Cut your beef stew into cubes and boiled it until soft.In a pan fry onions,robot pepper,six gun spice,beef stock,mild and spicy rajah and mix then add brown onion soup from knorrox,worcestershire tomato sauce.

Cream samp 

Soak samp for 1 hour then cook until tender with potato(optional) carrots to decorate.Add cream of mushroom,butter,fresh cream or cream and aromat then stir.

Green salad 

Lettuce,cucumber dressed with 1000 island.
