Let me share my steam bread,usu(tripe) and ithumbu recipe

Steam bread
15cups
2packet of dry yeast
1/2 cups of sugar
Warm water
1/2 cup of oil
60ml salt
Grated carrot
Chopped red pepper
Dried parsely

Method
Preheat oven to 200degrees celcius then wash yiur handa then mix all dry ingredients including veggies together and put water and oil shoving well until your hands are cleans and not sticking into your hands.Then let it rise in a warm place shoving timeously ,then prepare your pans,that is muffin pan and and scones pans.In scones pan pour in water then put some oil in your muffin pan then make some small balls and put muffin pan into scones pans then cover it with foil.make sure that there is none air coming in.Bake for 25min.

Tripe and ithumbu
Usu
Ithumbu
Carrot
Green pepper
Red pepper 
Knorrox cubes
Beef stock
Onions

Method
Wash your tripe separately with ithumbu because tripe take a long to wash to be clean then boil it for atleast 3hours then when it soft mix it eith knorox cubes then add onions.let it boil together then add carrots and peppers.let it simmer on low heat then add beef stock then after 15min serve.
